After my relaxing three-night stay at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti, I’m excited to share my detailed Hilton Hotel Tahiti Review.
My Hilton Hotel Tahiti Review
As a quick spoiler before you dig into my Hilton Hotel Tahiti Review: we loved our stay! Visiting French Polynesia has been a dream of mine for years and years. The Hilton Hotel Tahiti was everything I wanted it to be and more.
We flew into Tahiti airport on a direct flight from San Francisco. As our flight got in at about 6.30pm, the flights for the other islands had left for the day. We decided to start our French Polynesia trip at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti to relax and enjoy the beautiful lagoon and pool views for a few days.
As the Hilton Hotel Tahiti is located just 3km from Faa’a International Airport, we took a taxi to our hotel and were at the hotel in minutes.
We were welcomed at the stunning lobby and checked in quickly. We were ready to begin our relaxing trip!
Some of my favorite things about the Hilton Hotel Tahiti were the stunning views, massive pool, amble lounge chairs, delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, and the modern, spotless rooms.
Now that you have some of the high level details, let’s get into my detailed Hilton Hotel Tahiti Review.

The Bedrooms at Hilton Hotel Tahiti
The two main reasons that I picked the Hilton Hotel Tahiti was for the modern, beautiful decor and the ocean views. I stayed in an ocean view room and it was worth it. Waking up to views of the ocean each morning was the perfect way to start the day.
There are lots of different types of rooms at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti. Each of them look beautiful and carry the same modern decor.

We stayed in a Hiro Suite with a king bed and ocean view. It was absolutely massive. It had two balconies, the most stunning views, a very comfy king bed, a spacious living room, dining table, wet bar, fridge, and a dreamy bathroom.
A special note for the bathroom! It was so spacious, with his and her sinks, a freestanding bathtub, and a spacious shower.
Overall, I loved the bedrooms at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti. They were modern, sparkling clean and very spacious.

Restaurants at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti
Breakfast at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti
Breakfast at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti is a delicious feast! An overwater breakfast buffet is served at Moevai, which turns into an Italian restaurant at night. Breakfast is served from 6.30am-10am Monday to Friday and until 11am on Saturday and Sunday.
There are so many delicious options including made-to-order omelettes, crepes, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, juices, cereals, nuts, and all of the usuals.
On Saturdays, they serve an Asian brunch, featuring lots of special dishes inspired by the East. On Sundays, you’ll have a chance to enjoy an expanded selection of Tahitian specialties.
I highly recommend the delicious breakfast buffet! Ensure you taste their melt in your mouth pain au chocolat!

Lunch at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti
For lunch at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti, I recommend Taitea Brasserie. Lunch is served from 11:30 am – 3 pm daily. Taitea Brasserie serves salads, seafood, steak, and French Polynesian specialties. There is seating inside and outside with stunning views. It’s the perfect way to take a break from relaxing at the pool mid-day.
The Vaipuna Pool Bar offers delicious cocktails from a swim up bar! You can also order snacks throughout the day to keep you going.
Heiva Lounge Bar is open all day and is located in the beautiful, spacious lounge. The indoor-outdoor lounge serves small plates and à la carte items, such as quiche and sandwiches. They also have a cocktail list and the most beautiful views. This is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Dinner at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti
For dinner at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti, there are three options.
As I mentioned above, at night, the breakfast room turns into La Strada, a delicious Italian restaurant with both indoor and outdoor tables. La Strada serves pizzas, fish, pasta, risotto and more.
San is another restaurant at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti that opens for dinner only. You can enjoy sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. San also serves lots of other dishes like curries and Pad Thai.
There are beautiful tables or you can sit at the sushi bar and watch as chefs prepare dishes.

Taitea Brasserie opens from 5.30pm – 9pm for dinner and serves a wide variety of options for dinner. Some of the dishes overlap with La Strada (as they are right beside each other). You’ll definitely find something for all tastes here.
Hilton Hotel Tahiti Spa Review: Moearii Spa
One of my favorite moments that I have to call out in this Hilton Hotel Tahiti Review was a visit to the Hilton Hotel Tahiti spa which is called Moearii Spa. The location of the spa was so good; I simply popped down from my room, enjoyed the treatment, and then stepped outside to soak in the ocean views and relax by the pool.
Whether you need to unwind after swimming or simply want to take your vacation experiences to the next level, Moearii Spa is a must-visit. The massage at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti was so relaxing. Before my massage, I got to choose which oil was used in my massage. They all smelled so good!
I relaxed in the reception area after my treatment for a few minutes. I was eager to get back out to the sun so I enjoyed some further relaxation by the pool.
Moearii Spa at Hilton Hotel Tahiti offers so many different types of massages, facials and other treatments. Again, I loved the modern decor of the spa. I have included a photo of two of the treatment rooms below – they are so pretty!
I highly recommend you pop to Moearii Spa at Hilton Hotel Tahiti. See the newest offers available at the beautiful Hilton Hotel Tahiti here.

Other Amenties at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti
The main attraction for me at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti was the massive swimming pool, with beautiful lagoon views. The pool at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti is one of the largest in Tahiti!
The pool opens 7am – 7pm. There are deck chairs around the pool and there are plenty of seats for everyone. There are also in-pool loungers just below the water’s surface to help cool off during the day.
There is poolside service, complimentary towels and sunscreen. You can also rent a cabana for a day or a half day to enjoy some shade and your own private area.
There is a gym that opens 24 hours to help you keep your fitness routine while on your trip.
The concierge can help you book adventures outside the hotel such as snorkeling, jet skiing, cruises, hikes, fishing, and all sorts of tours.

The Hilton Tahiti Hotel is right by a large Carrefour (grocery store) and shopping centre incase you forgot anything or want to do some shopping.
There is free parking if you rent a car and taxis are quick to arrive to bring you on your next adventure.
