What are your hair goals with Prose hair care?
I loved this part of the Prose hair survey, where you could use a sliding scale to rate your hair goals from Prose hair care.
I didn’t want to focus on volume too much as my hair is naturally big. I wanted to focus on defining my curls, lots of moisture and revived hair with my new Prose hair care products.
I also wanted to avoid frizz using Prose shampoo & Prose conditioner so I also selected smooth as my hair goal. You can choose from so many different hair goals during your Prose hair goals assessment.

My hair is noticeably fuller (if possible) and my curls have more definition as I have been leaving the Prose conditioner on for three minutes, prior to rinsing.
There is a batch number on your Prose order so you can reorder your Prose hair care at your ease.
When re-ordering new Prose hair care, you can also request a new product mix if you have new concerns.
The Prose shampoo and Prose conditioner come with a twistable cap and a pump. The Pump is perfect if you are not traveling and want to leave the Prose shampoo and Prose conditioner in the shower.

Prose shampoo is a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser that does everything from rebalancing your roots to adding light hydration. Again, you can personalize so much with the Prose shampoo.

As you can see from my Prose shampoo bottle above, I wanted to cleanse and protect, along with clarify and cleanse.
I use lots of hair product in my curly hair for styling so I use the shampoo to really cleanse my hair and remove product build up e.g. curling gel and creams. My hair is always bouncier after cleansing with a clarifying shampoo such as this Prose one.
I saw a tip on Prose’s website and have been using it since I got the product. I have been using less of the Prose Shampoo each time as a result, which is making the bottle last way longer.
Top tip for Prose Shampoo
For the best suds, apply shampoo horizontally across fingertips, add in a few drops of water and then rub fingers together before applying.

I love the Prose conditioner. The Prose conditioner is a nourishing moisturizer that is also adjusted for your very own hair goals.
The Prose conditioner is very light weight and my hair never feels weigh down after using it. The Prose conditioner is really quick to use and should be left on for 3-5 minutes. That’s all the time you need to hydrate, detangle and soften your hair.

I love a good leave in conditioner and I highly recommend the Prose leave in conditioner. I love adding this to my Prose hair care routine. The Prose leave in conditioner has lasted ages as a little goes a long way.

Prose Curl Cream Review
I absolutely LOVE this product from Prose hair care.
Wow!! The curl cream really defined my curls. Again, as you see from my customized hair care bottle of Prose curl cream, I really wanted to focus on curl definition and making the frizz go away.
You can use Prose curl cream as a styler or for touch-ups. The Prose curl cream really defines your natural texture and keeps your hair hydrated and frizz-free. It’s hard to find curl products that really make your curls last so I really enjoy this product.

I have been leaving 4 days between each wash of my hair and now my hair is much healthier. My hair can look a bit flat on the 4th day. On the 3rd day, I wet my hair a little and add some more of this Prose curl cream as a touch up.
My curls look more refreshed and bouncy! I highly recommend this Prose curl cream for us curly ladies!

Prose Dry Shampoo Review
As I mentioned in my Prose reviews above, I have been washing my hair every 4 days which has really helped with strength and breakage.
I have been using the Prose dry shampoo for the last few washes and I love it. I was surprised when I first opened it as I was expecting a spray like other dry shampoos that I have used. Prose Dry Shampoo is relatively new and is a powder dry shampoo. Add Prose dry shampoo to refresh your roots while being gentle to your scalp.
A little pump of Prose dry shampoo goes a long way.
As with all the Prose hair care, the Prose dry shampoo is custom made and will be specific to how oily your hair gets. Each of us is different and this is the best part about Prose hair care. Our individual needs are really taken into consideration.

I let the powder sit for 1 minute, then massage into the scalp. You can then brush or blow-out any excess. I don’t brush my hair after it is dry (it get’s way to crazy) so I skip the brushing out.
The Prose dry shampoo works really well for me. If you are looking to move away from spray dry shampoos, I would definitely recommend this Prose dry shampoo.
