It is easy to use Olaplex 3 and 7 together. Start by wetting your hair, then apply Olaplex 3 from the roots to the ends of hair. I like to brush Olaplex 3 right through to make sure all my hair is covered.
After 10 minutes or more of leaving Olaplex 3 on, rinse off and shampoo as normal.
Use Olaplex 7 as a styling product after you have shampooed and conditioned your hair. Apply Olaplex 7 to towel dried hair. A little goes a long way. The bottle may seem small, but it lasts months if you use a small bit after each wash.
